Electronic Medical RecordsAll primary care clinics use the Epic electronic medical records system, which is integrated throughout all Froedtert & The Medical College facilities and physicians’ offices. That means you don’t have to worry about your medical records traveling from one part of the system to another. If your child has an X-ray at one of our walk-in clinics, your primary care physician in another location can view the X-ray electronically. Whether it’s a mammogram, an MRI, a blood test, an office visit or consultation, our primary care physicians, as well as the specialists at Froedtert & The Medical College, have access to all of your medical information in a single, secure electronic medical record when needed. That’s especially important for patients who receive care from many physicians and services. This seamless medical record system means faster, safer and better care for you and your family.
Access Your Health Information with MyChart®MyChart is a web-based portal that provides secure online access to much of your medical record, including test results. You can use MyChart any time to communicate with your physicians by email and request appointments online. Prescription refill requests can be generated directly to your physician’s office. MyChart also provides you with a large library of general medical and health information at your fingertips.
MyChart proxy access is available to parents or guardians of children under 12 years old, incapacitated adults and other consenting adults, which can make managing your family’s healthcare easier and more convenient.
