INGREDIENTS 3 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts 1 and 1/4 cups Italian bread crumbs 1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise
DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brush mayonnaise on chicken. Place bread crumbs in bag and shake one piece of chicken at a time. Place chicken breasts in foil-lined pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
