Our gift shop, staffed by volunteers, is usually open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend hours vary due to the availability of volunteers. A volunteer will be happy to deliver flowers and/or balloons to any patient or staff member located in the West Clinics, East Clinics, Pavilion, Eye Institute or at the Birth Center in Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. The Shoppe accepts Visa and MasterCard.
Ordering Flowers or Gifts
For your convenience, flowers and gifts may be ordered directly from the hospital gift shop, during business hours only. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm; Tuesday: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Please note that we cannot deliver flowers to patients located in any of the Intensive Care Units (ICUs).
