Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Community Memorial Medical Commons Additions and ChangesThe Medical Commons is located at W129 N7055 Northfield Drive, near the intersection of Good Hope Road and Appleton Avenue. Below are additions or changes to the following clinics at this location.
Plastic Surgery ClinicThe Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Plastic Surgery Clinic opened recently at Community Memorial Medical Commons in Menomonee Falls.
David Larson, MD, Medical College of Wisconsin plastic surgeon, will see patients for consultations in the clinic, located on the first floor in Building A, Suite 100.
Sleep Medicine ClinicThe Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Sleep Medicine Clinic opened December 7, 2010, at Community Memorial Medical Commons, Building B, Suite 601. B.
Tucker Woodson, MD, Medical College of Wisconsin otolaryngologist, and Tilottama Majumdar, MD, and Thomas Kaleekal, MD, Medical College of Wisconsin pulmonologists, see patients with sleep disorders.
SpineCare ClinicThe SpineCare Clinic moved from Building A to Building B. The clinic is now located on the first floor in Suite B-401.
Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation ClinicThe Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Clinic moved from Building A to Building B. The clinic is now located on the first floor in Suite B-402.
Rheumatology ClinicThe Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Rheumatology Clinic moved from Building A to Building B. The clinic is now located on the first floor in Suite B-402.
Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Springdale Health Center ChangeThe Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin General Surgery Clinic opened recently at the Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Springdale Health Center, 21700 Intertech Drive, Brookfield.
