Development of a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program at a community hospital

Why did you choose to pursue a residency?

What attracted you to Froedtert’s pharmacy residency program?
The residency program offers many different rotation opportunities and has a strong emphasis on teaching as an academic medical center. I have also had great experiences with pharmacy preceptors and staff in the past, and knew that I would really enjoy completing a residency at Froedtert.
