The PGY1/PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration Residency will prepare residents to assume high-level managerial, supervisory, and leadership responsibilities. Upon graduation, residents are prepared for management roles in a variety of work settings, including small to mid-size hospitals, large health systems, academic and community settings.

The pharmacy management team at Froedtert Hospital is well-connected and involved in local, state and national organizations including academic hospital peer and contracting groups, offering the resident exposure to activities beyond the institution level.
